Sharon qualified as a merit student at the Stellenbosch Academy in 1981 – receiving her CIDESCO international qualification.  She then went on to work for Isa Carstens in her clinic and taught at her Skin Care Academy.

In 1983, Sharon started her own clinic in Stellenbosch and in 1986, moved to Cape Town.  She currently works in Newlands where her focus is on skin rejuvenation. She was formerly an aerobics teacher and has a keen interest in nutrition.Sharon4
